What is Hastom Nigeria about?
Hastom is an independent agency promoting real estate through agriculture. Through our platform, individuals or companies can own farmland in a secure environment without facing many of the traditional challenges of owning and operating farmland. We ease entry of potential farmers into the agrispace without them having to manage their farms themselves.

What documents do I get after buying farmland from Hastom?
Receipt to show confirmation of payment, Deed of Assignment to show transfer of ownership from Hastom to you and an Allocation Sheet to show coordinates of your land.
What crops can I cultivate on my farmland?
The farmland is suitable for cultivation of diverse crops such as cassava, cashew, yam, sweet potato, maize, soya beans, maize, groundnut, pepper, watermelon and so on. However, for crops such as oil palm or plantain, you may need to consider an irrigation system. You could also set up a livestock farm.
How do I get updates on my farm?
You can view any updates or report about your farm when you log in to your account and view your dashboard. Additionally, you are notified by email about new reports, including when harvests are to be done.
What can the farmlands be used for? Must they be for farming alone?
The decision of use of your farmland is 100% yours, while the farm is located in the largest agricultural hub in Nigeria, you may decide to develop warehousing facilities or a factory or any other commercial property you so wish.
